2. Long Term Memory

   • Explicit (Declarative)
     • Episodic Memory
       • Memory of specific events and experiences in time in serial form
     • Semantic Memory
       • Memory of meanings and other concept based knowledge
       • Underlies the conscious recollection of factual information and general knowledge about the world
   • Implicit
     • Priming
       • An effect where exposure to one stimulus influences a response to another stimulus
     • Procedural Memory
       • Stores information on how to perform "automatic" procedules
         • Examples include walking, talking, and riding a bike
