- 4RecordAll of the fields are put together to make a record. A record is all of the data about one person or one thing.
- 5QueryQueries are questions and are the primary method of retrieving information from a database and consist of questions presented to the database.
- 6ReportA database report is the formatted result of database queries and contains useful data for decisions making and analysis.
- 7FormsA form is part of a database for data entry and editing. A simple form consists of the fields from a table. More complex forms contain more information.
