Seniority The applicant with the longest service will receive 20 marks. Using that service as a base line, it will be divided by 4 in order to establish 4 quartiles All Applicants in the top quartile receive 20 All applicants in the 2nd quartile receive 15 All applicants in the 3rd quartile receive 10 All applicants in the 4th quartile receive 5
Seniority Example Teacher A: 20 yrs qualified service in school divide by 4 = Quartile value is 5 years Teacher B: 15 yrs service = 15 points Teacher C: 14 yrs service; 6 in another school= 15 pts + 5 pts (5yrs qualifies) Teacher D: 9 yrs service = 10 points Teacher E: 5 yrs service (5 yrs External)= 10 points Teacher F: 5 yrs service= 5 points
Wellbeing 1st Yrs Sept 217 300 hours must be completed over the 3 yrs 1st Yrs Set 2018 400 hours PE, S.P.H.E & C.S.P.E are included Must include another two periods over one year or one period over two years.(400 hrs) Where does this come from??
