Tripping Can be caused by loose wires being left around where people could trip over them. Solutions 1. Move cables out of the way. 2. Use cable ties. 3. Use cable clip to keep the wires out of way and on the walls. 4. Have brightly coloured wires in the first place.
RSI Caused by repeated actions in a way that puts stress on joints and muscles. Solution 1. Take regular breaks. 2. Use ergonomic equipment such as keyboards, mice and chairs, etc. 3. Find a different way of typing.
Poor eyesight or "Square Eyes" Caused by staring at screens too long or when it is in a position unsuited for the users height and angle. Solutions 1. Angle screen to a more suitable position. 2. Move screen away. 3. Rest eyes for ten minutes every half hour. 4. Screen filter and adjust brightness and contrast accordingly. 5. If eyes continue to ache, hurt and be sore have them checked on by a doctor or an optician.
Bad posture Normally caused by slouching in the chair or using a chair that isn't suitable for the body. Solution 1. Adjust back of chair and height. 2. Don't slouch.
