     • its good to make decisions because if you need to advertise more then you can look at the database to see where you need to advertise

     • you present information via reports and forms this way it is customer friendly and you don't accidently delete things you need

   • keep information safe and secure
     • if the database was on paper you might lose it or it could be damaged a databse keeps it safe

     • if this was on paper only one person could work on it but if this was a shared document then a lot of people can work at once.
