1. What is It?

   • witnessed both in Sacred Scriptures and human experience
   • right and duty to exercise our moral conscience
   • good conscience applies moral truth

2. How is it Formed?

   • practice frequently and honest self-examination
   • frequent reception of the Sacrament of Reconciliation
   • if repeatedly ignored, becomes numb to wrong doing and doesn't function as it should
   • called by Baptism to become a saint
