2.1 Information that has been obtained recently is most up-to-date.

2.1.1 Outdated info can lead to things like bills being sent to the wrong address.

3 COMPLETE

3.1 Data must not have any gaps and should cover everything needed.

3.1.1 Promising items delivered next day, while not knowing the item is out of stock.

4 CORRECTLY TARGETED

4.1 Information needs to be targeted at the person who is going to use it.

4.1.1 Don't ask a vegetarian about their meat eating habits, or a motorbike driver about car driving.

5 UNDERSTANDABLE

5.1 The meaning of any information should be clear to the user and any codes should be explained.

5.1.1 Complex data in tables should be converted into graphs or charts.

6 HAS USER CONFIDENCE

6.1 The user must not have any doubt in the system they use.

6.1.1 The system may tell them there are more of a product in stock than there actually is. This causes the user to doubt the system in the future.

7 ACCURACY

7.1 Correct, truthful and has no errors

7.1.1 The wrong postcode would prevent the delivery of items
