1.1 Can shop 24/7

1.3 Easy to compare prices
1.4 Convenient for people who are less able to go out and shop

2.1 Delivery can take a long time, or may not be on time at all
2.2 You can't try or see the products before you buy them
2.2.1 Clothes or shoes may be the wrong size

2.3 Not everyone has access to the internet
2.4 The only way to pay is with a credit or debit card
