- 1Why use a workplan?You should use a workplan because it is helpful to schedule a certain dates for certain parts of projects to e finished. For example if creating a webpage for a online sports company and project is started on the 19th of October and the deadline is 29th December i could use a workplan to help me structure how long i will have to do each stage of the project so finish it before the deadline.
- 2What should a workplan contain?It should contain dates of when certain stages of a project needs to be finished by so you can finish the project before the deadline. It also should be coloured so you can tell when you are going onto a different stage of the project (a different part of the workplan). Of course you need dates at the top of each stage to say when it should be started and whne it should be finished.
