   • this is when the person is being trained out of the job. such as a Teacher.
   • Advantage
     • May get more experience from Off the job training than on the job training.
     • Better training means they may be better at their job and they may get an promotion
   • Disadvantage
     • Will not get to know there way around the workplace.
     • Will not know the people they are working with.
     • Do not know the times and how that business will work.

2. on the job training.

   • on The job training is when the person being trained is on the job of the workplace. This is normally one of the first training methods.
     • advantage
       • get to know the workplace
       • get to know who you are working with
       • still getting trained while learning how the workplace works at the business
     • Disadvantages
       • may not get as much experience as off the job training.
       • The in the job Training may not be as useful as the Off the job training
