Max's Mission

Ausable talks about the Balcny

This is a story about two smart secret agents who try to outsmart expecting to receive a very important report about some new missiles . Another secret agent ,Max also wants to get the report and so threatens Ausable. However , Ausable traps him with his convincing stories and eliminates Max using his presence of mind.

He is a secret agent who does not looks like one at all , but shows great presence of mind to outwit another secter agent .

He is a young romantic writer who is looking for some excitement in the company of secter agent like Ausable.

He is a rival secret agent who is fooled by Ausable and falls to his death

Fowler , a young romanic writer had came to meet a secret agent ,Ausable in a French hotel.Ausable was a secret but he did not look like one at all. He was fat and spoke french and german wit an American accent . Fowler was disappointed to see Ausable as he could not find any secret agent in Ausable as he had read.

Fowler had imagined Ausable as a mysterious figure with a crack of pistols and drugs in wine . Instead, he met a dull fat man in an unromantic location .Ausable guessed Fowler's dissapontment. Ausable told fowler that soon he would recieve a very important report that could change the course of history.

When both Ausable and Fowler entered Ausable's hotle room and switched on the light , they saw a man ponting a small automatic pistol towards them . This man as Max ,Another secret agent . Ausable was supprised to see max i france (Paris ) as according to the information he had , max ws supposed to be in Berlin.

Max was thin but not very tall. he appeared crafty (cleaver) and cunning like a fox. He clearly told Ausable the purpose of being in his room . He wanted to take away highly confidential reports about some new missiles that Ausable would get that night.

Ausable sat on the arm chair and complained about the balcony that is attached to his room . He tells Fowler that this was a second time that someone used the balcony to secretly enter the room.Max here clarifies tat he did not eter the room through the balcony but had entered the room with help of an pass key . Ausable explained Fowler that it wsa actually not his balcony but the balcony of next apartment. HE furter tells him that his room was next apartment were earlier a large unit . Now the unit has been divided , but the balcony still exists . The management had done nothing to block the balcony .
