   • an intrapersonal person is good at being aware of their own emotion
     • they learn by independent study, and having goals and tasks
       • they enjoy meditating,joural and self reflection
         • people high in this often get a job in counciling,philosopher or writer

   • the ability to think conceptually and abstractly
     • they learn best by solving problems or puzzles
       • they enjoy math and abstract ideas
         • people high in this often become scientists, engineers or accountants

4. bodily kinthestecic

   • being able to manipulate objects for a variety of physical skills
     • they learn by hands on demonstrations and breaks
       • they enjoy sports and being active
         • people high in this often become athletes or personal trainers

   • the ability to think in patterns rhythms and sounds
     • they learn best listening to sounds or in complete silence , any noise will distract them
