Mindset A set of beliefs you have that determines how you react to certain situations.
Ability What someone is able to do. Some believe this is fixed or innate.
Effort When you try to get better at something via hard work or determination.
Fixed (Entity) Mindset When someone believes ability is innate and cannot be changed.
Growth (Incremental) Mindset When someone believes ability can be changed with effort, hard work and training.
Praise The expression of approval or admiration for someone or something
Process Praise Praising someone based on their effort
Person Praise Praising someone based on their innate intelligence or ability
