Define containerisation Containerisation is a form of operating trade through containers where all trade members use the same type of containers.
What does it mean if a country is switched off? Switched-off areas are usually excluded from global flows of trade, capital, labour and information and these countries are generally left behind whilst other countries prosper and benefit from globalisation.
