- 6Award SchemesE.G employee of the month, so the worker is recognised by other workers and even customers
- 7Team WorkingPeople may enjoy working in a group and work hard so that they do not let the group down
- 8PromotionGiving a promotion to a worker is a way of recognising they have done their job well and other employees may see that if they work hard they can also get promotion
