Locus of Control Whether you believe in internal or external control over yourself
Minority influence A minority influence the majority to accept their beliefs
External validity Whether the results can be generalised. There are two types: population validity and ecological validity
Conformity Complies with the majority group
Internal validity Related to what actually happened in the study. Whether the independent variable actually had an effect on the dependent variable
Social Change An alteration in the social order of a society
Informational social influence Where you copy others in a social situation in which you are unsure of what to do
Normative social influence Conforming to be liked by a group, not because you think it is the right way to behave
