Evidence from Milgram's study	A lot of ppts showed stress e.g. nervous laughing fit, putting their head in their hands, sweating, smoking etc. - evidence of moral strain
What does Agency theory ignore?	ignores individual differences in obedience and ignores the ability of leaders to command obedience - reductionist
What have other studies shown?	obedience is more to do with the leader than the subordinate - reductionist
