His battle against the vikings
1. The viking have taken over most of England
2. The viking have totally surrounded Alfred
3. Alfred and his Brother Aethelred joined forces with the king of Nottingham and lead a force of men into Nottingham to fight the vikings and won
4. The Vikings decied to attack Wessex (that was where Alfred lived) and Alfred and Aethelred lead another army and once again won but sadly Aethelred died
