  1. Agility
    1. The ability of a sports player to be able to change direction quickly.
      1. Example: Basketballer-Dribbling around players, trying to intercept ball
        1. Fitness test: Illinois Agility Test
          1. This test could help athletes improve their movement,spatial awareness and improve their timing, this makes their performance more effective as they are trained to have a good idea of how to move around a opposing player.
    2. Balance
      1. The ability to keep the body stable when still or moving by keeping a centre of gravity over the base of support
        1. Example- Gymnast- Doing poses and tricks on the beam
          1. Fitness Test-
      2. Muscular Endurance
        1. The ability of the muscular system to work efficiently, where a muscle can continue contracting over a period of time against a light to moderate fixed resistance load.
          1. Example- Footballer- Running around pitch, tackling and kicking the football
            1. Fitness Test- One Min Press Up
              1. This test would help build up someone's muscular endurance as it is an intense workout that is constant for one minute and would test how strong their upper body is.
