    • Leaders know all the rules and roles. They know how to set up communication through people, and tell them what to do.

      • This leads to organisation, because everyone has a set task. Imagine if everyone just walked around without knowing what to do!

        • If everyone has a set role and task, then more will get done. We'll have a better functioning group/society.

          • You have a clear vision and know what to do to achieve a goal.

        • If you're a good leader, you back yourself and you're confident. This means you will assert your plans and ideas.

          • Being confident makes you appear right. People will see someone who is right as being reliable.

            • People trust a reliable person!

              • Well are more likely to do something if they can trust and understand why it will work.
