3. 3: GREED and SELFISHNESS can be ended
4. 4: The way to end GREED and SELFISHNESS is to follow the NOBLE EIGHTFOLD PATH

1. WISDOM
  1. Right Understanding
    1. Understand the 4 noble truths
  2. Right Thought
    1. Think about the life you lead and make a commitment to live in a caring and unselfish way
2. BEHAVIOUR
  1. Right Speech
    1. Speak in ways that are kind, truthful and not hurtful
  2. Right Action
    1. Behave respectfully to living things and respect others' feelings and yourself
  3. Right Livelihood
    1. Do a job that does not lead to harming others
      1. AVOID
        Weapon trade
        Slaughter houses
        Slavery
3. MIND
  1. Right Meditation
    1. The Buddha gained enlightenment through meditation therefore you should too
  2. Right Self-Awareness
    1. Control your mind so you see things clearly
      1. Be aware of your own body and your feelings, thoughts and how you affect the world around you
  3. Right Effort
    1. Do your best to avoid evil and bad things and do good to others
4. The Middle Way
  1. Following a path between the two extremes of luxury and poverty
  2. to reach Nirvana
