YES-It allowed them to step away from religion-Smart to have linked it to seasons - shows they're being diverse-Recognised that some illnesses only come in certain seasons-Helped them stay healthy-Observed bodies, not the Nile-Based on medical theories-Reduced deaths in surgery because of lack of curiosity

NO-Incorrect-Similar to channels theory - based on surroundings-Assumed that all illnesses are caused by seasons-Hippocrates's reputation meant that no one questioned it-Prevented further anatomical curiosity
