- 1What is the environment?The environment is the surroundings or conditions in which a person, animal, or plant lives or operates.
- 2What is ecology?It is the branch of biology that deals with the relations of organisms to one another and to their physical surroundings.
- 3What is the ecosystem?It is the a biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment.
- 4What is abiotic factors?A nonliving condition or thing, as climate or habitat, that influences or affects an ecosystem and the organisms in it.
- 5What is biotic factors?Biotic factors are the living components of an ecosystem.
- 6What is ectothermic?Any so-called cold-blooded animal; that is, any animal whose regulation of body temperature depends on external sources.
- 7What is endothermic?Endothermic means that the organisms that are worm blooded.
- 8What is photosynthesis?It is the process of plants making their food using water, carbon dioxide and light.
