1. Trench warfare

   • War becomes a stalemate
   • They were meant for shelters
   • They have now become complex defensive system

2. Tanxs

   • In-front of an infantry
   • It crushed barbed wire.
   • It sprayed enemies with machine gun fire.

3. Power full artillery (Shells)

   • Caused more casualties then any other weopons
   • At the beggining they were Unacurrate
   • At the end they were perfectly aimed

4. Extra infantry

   • Foot soldiers became the backbone of the army.
   • They led charges
     • OVER THE TOP

5. Less Cavalry

   • Vunrable
     • to machine guns
     • to artilitry
   • Important to transport suplies

6. Poison gas

   • disable enemy troops
     • then let the infantyr sweep in
   • mustard gas slowly killed the enemy

7. Trench life

   • LIVING ROUGH
     • Cold
     • Wet
     • Muddy
   • Bad hygeine
   • Basic food
     • Nothing exotic

8. Flame throwers

   • Soldiers would try and shoot the canister before it started blowing flames.
   • If men were caught in fire they were never seen again.
