Attitude scales are a common example of ordinal data. - 2WHAT IS NOMINAL DATA?The data collected falls in to one of several separate categories.
Age and shoe size are common examples of nominal data. - 3WHAT IS INTERVAL/RATIO DATA?The data collected is separated by equal intervals: seconds, minutes etc.
Scores on memory test are common examples of interval/ratio data.
