1. This gives immunity to the particular disease.
2. Pathogen is injected into the body. The antibodies produced by the white blood cells destroy the pathogen.
Bacteria And Viruses
1. Bacteria
  1. Very Small
  2. Reproduces very quickly
2. Viruses
  1. Smaller than bacteria.
  2. Can reproduce very quickly once there are inside living cells.
3. Treatment Against Diseases
  1. Antibiotics are used to kill bacteria.It can not be used to kill viruses.
  2. Some bacteria have developed resistance to antibiotics, because of inappropriate use of antibiotics.
Nerves
1. Nervous System
  1. Consists of the brain, spinal cords, the neurones and receptors.
  2. Help organism to response and coordinate.
  3. Information from the receptor passes along the neurones to the brain. The brain produces impulse and send to the effector.
    1. The effector may be a muscle or a gland.
2. Neurons
  1. Motor Neurone. Sensory Neurone. Relay Neurone. These are cells that can carry an electrical signal (impulse).
3. Types Of Receptors
  1. Light
  2. Sound
  3. Taste
  4. Smell
  5. Touch, Pressure, Pain and Temperature
4. Stimulus > Receptor > Sensory Neurone > Relay Neurone > Motor Neurone > Effector > Response.
