Amino acid sequences can be compared.
this means you are able to compare the relationship between species.
the more similar the acid sequence the more closely related they are.
Immunological comparison
HOW CLOSELY RELATED IS THE CHICKEN TO THE STEGOSAURUS?
1.Remove the blood serum from the chicken.
2. Add blood serum to the mouse, and wait for the mouse to produce antibodies.
3. extract antibodies from the mouse.
4. remove blood serum from the stagosaurus
5
5. combine the mouse antibodies and stegosaurus blood serum together and mix, the more precipitate, the more antibody antigen complexes formed showing how closely related the species are.
