Neuroticism r = -.24 (negative association)

Extraversion r = .31 (positive association)

Openness to Experience r = .24 (positive association)

Conscientiousness r = .28 (positive association)

Leadership traits:

Meta-analyses confirm that personality traits and intelligence arepredictive of good leadership

The view that one is better than the others is problematic

The best style may be determined by the context
