   • ability to help followers grow
   • discover ways to be a better leader
   • find ways to improve the vision

3. Supporting Cast

   • must be someone others want to follow
   • "board members" to help advise
   • others to help provide new ideas

4. Faith

   • must believe in the vision
   • must believe in the followers
   • must believe in yourself

5. Character
